Return & Refund Policy

Return Period

Standard Returns: If you think that any products that we supplied are defective, you can return curtains within 30 days (business days) from the date of purchase,then please contact us at email support@rybhome.com to issue return request.

  • Please include the order number,some explanations of the problem and picture of the product in question in the email.
  • Once your return request is reviewed, we will send you a return authorization email with detailed instructions and a return address.
  • Please do not send items back before receiving this authorization.


Custom Curtains and Rugs: Curtains and rugs customised to specific customer requirements are non-returnable unless the order is defective or erroneous and does not match the original order details. Please refer to our Custom Curtain and Rugs Agreement for more details.

Return Conditions

  • Condition of Curtains and Rugs
    Curtains and Rugs must be returned in their original, unused condition. They should be clean, unwashed, and undamaged. All original tags, labels, and packaging must be included and intact.
  • Inspection
    Returned items will be inspected within 3-5 days (business days) of receipt. Items that do not meet the conditions for return will not be accepted and will be returned to you. For eligible items, the refund amount will be refunded to your original payment method card, and it usually takes 3-7 days (business days) for it to be reflected on your credit card.

Return Costs

  • Return Shipping Costs
    The cost of returning the item is the buyer's responsibility. For your protection, we suggest using a shipping service with tracking.
  • Original Shipping Costs
    If the return is due to a defect, error, or issue on our part, we will refund the original shipping charges along with the cost of the returned item.

Returns in different situations

  • Wrong size
    Make sure to use a metal tape measure to prevent measurement errors. Non-metallic tape measures can be stretched, so they should not be used to measure curtains and Rugs.
    In the rare event that you receive a curtainand Rugs that is not the correct size, we will exchange it for another size or return it if you wish.
    Tolerance dimensions within +/- 1 inch are considered industry acceptable.
  • Wrong color
    The color may differ from the picture due to changes in your display, lighting, and batch color. Please be aware of this and be cautious when purchasing, we do not accept returns with small differences in color.
    There will be slight variations in color due to different batches of fabrics (reasonable color differences are allowed between the catalogue and the finished curtains), and the addition of lining will also result in color variations.
  • Incorrect Orders
    If you receive the wrong item or there are missing parts, please notify us within 7 days (business days) of receipt. We will cover return shipping costs and promptly send the correct item or missing parts. However, if you have ordered the item incorrectly, we will not return it.
  • Defective Items
    If the curtains and Rugs are defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days (business days) of receipt. We will provide a prepaid return label and arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
  • Package Lost
    If your package is lost in transit, we will do our best to find it for you. However, if the package cannot be found, we will reschedule it to be sent to you, in which case we will not accept refunds.

Exchange

If you wish to exchange your curtains and Rugs for a different size, color, or style,please initiate a return as described above and place a new order for the desired item. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
